Step 1: Consultation

We meet at your property to discuss your goals, evaluate the existing landscape, and understand your budget. During this visit, we take measurements, analyze sun exposure, and assess soil conditions to determine what will thrive in the South Florida climate. We also discuss your preferences for maintenance levels and aesthetic style.

Step 2: Proposal

Our team develops a customized landscape design based on our consultation. We present a visual layout that includes plant selections specifically suited for Palm Beach County, hardscaping recommendations, and the ideal mulch varieties to protect your beds and elevate the final look.

Step 3: Quote

We collaborate with you to refine the design. We walk through the proposed materials, make any necessary adjustments to the plant palette or layout, and present a transparent, itemized quote. Once the design and estimate are approved, we lock in your installation date.

Step 4: Transformation

The JT Mulch & More crew arrives to execute the design. This phase includes site preparation, removal of old vegetation, soil grading, planting, and applying the final layer of premium mulch. We prioritize a clean, safe workspace and efficient timelines to minimize disruption to your home.

Step 5: Walkthrough & Care Plan

We walk the finished property with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. We provide you with specific watering schedules and plant care instructions to ensure your new landscape establishes properly. This is also when we can discuss setting up an ongoing lawn care maintenance schedule.
